Where Email Wiz processes a client's customer, subscriber or prospect data, the client remains responsible for ensuring it has the appropriate authority to collect and use that information.

• deliver communications requested or authorised by our clients

Email Wiz may process email addresses and related information for clients as part of services including database checking, cleansing, sending, suppression, automation and reporting. Where we process this information for a client, we use it only for providing and supporting the agreed services and in accordance with the client's instructions and applicable law.
